π ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:
Welcome to CJCP Hacks-Online, a 2-month long coding marathon! We are excited to see what applications you all develop and come up with! We are looking for projects which use new technologies, frameworks, and techstacks in the field of finance.
This event is open to participants aged 13 - 18. You may form teams of up to four participants.
Your project must start after the event begins as listed on the Devpost schedule. If you submit a project made before the event, your team will be penalized.

π GET STARTED
After signing up on Devpost, you are to begin working on projects. You may use any IDE (VS, Atom, PyCharm, Jupyter, etc.) and any language / techstack. We are looking for fresh and innovative ideas.
All projects are to be submitted by the deadline as listed on the Devpost schedule for this Hackathon. If you have some special circumstances you would like to let us know, please contact us via the email above.

- Quick Demo Walkthrough Video (Recommended ~4 minutes)
- Project Description (problem statement, methods, impact)
- What does your project do? How did you build your project?
- What real-world financial predicament does your project address and how?
- What tools, frameworks, APIs, and languages did you use to build your project?
- What are your future plans / considerations for this project?
- (OPTIONAL) Working deployment link of your application. You can deploy your project on any platform of your liking. If you would like to deploy your project for this Hackathon but are not sure how to do so, please reach out to us for assistance.

Creativity / Innovation (25%)
How original and inventive the idea is. Judges assess uniqueness, creativity in problem-solving, and whether the project offers a fresh or groundbreaking approach. -
Complexity (25%)
Evaluates the projectβs technical depth, sophistication, and difficulty. Considers advanced logic, algorithms, and the challenge of implementing the solution. -
Design (15%)
Focuses on user experience, interface, and visual appeal. Judges look for intuitive, well-organized, and aesthetically engaging design that enhances usability. -
Real World Impact (35%)
Assesses how practical, relevant, and scalable the solution is. High scores go to projects that create measurable benefits or address real-world challenges.
